Enhanced Employee Referral Program

One key part of the new program is the enhanced employee referral program. We believe our current staff are our best resources and that you know who would be a great addition to our team.

For each successful referral, BOTH the employee who made the referral and the new hire will get a generous bonus! If you refer a new inpatient nurse (RN or RPN), Occupational Therapist, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Physician, you are eligible to receive $1,000. For all other roles you’ll receive $500. This rewards you for helping us grow but also ensures we build a team that shares our values and commitment to exceptional patient care. While external service providers are not eligible to receive a bonus for referring new hires, they can earn a bonus if a current Waypoint employee refers them and they become an internal employee..

1. 50/50 Draw- 50/50 draws are being held every two weeks with one winner drawn the Wednesday following each pay date. Staff are only required to sign up once to purchase their ticket at $5/ticket (up to 3 tickets) and payments are made bi-weekly via payroll deduction. The actual prize amount will vary based on participation for each pay period and as you can see, it can be quite substantial. Enroll early so you do not miss out on the opportunity to participate and support Waypoint. Click on the link to access the enrolment form to participate.
2. If you are looking for another way to make a difference, giving to Waypoint through payroll deduction is also an option. It’s an easy and meaningful way to help enhance patient care, fund new programs, and strengthen our hospital community through a bi-weekly contribution of any amount -- $5.00, $10.00, $25.00 – what ever works for you.
